This Privacy Policy describes our practices in connection with personally identifiable information that we may collect through this website and through all our software applications placed on this website. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, do not use this website and software applications placed on this website. By accessing or using this website, you and the business entity or the organization you represent indicate your agreement to this Privacy Policy.

1. Terms

This Privacy Policy uses the following terms:

1.1. “TRichView”– Sergei Vladimirovich Tkachenko IP (private entrepreneur) and his employees.

1.2. The “Software” – software developed by TRichView.

1.3. “You” – a person who visits the Website, and/or orders the Software, and/or uses the Software.

1.4. “Personally identifiable information” – any information directly or indirectly related to You.

1.5. “Cookie” – a small piece of data sent from the Website and stored on Your computer by Your web browser while You are browsing the Website.

1.6. The Website – the website owned by TRichView, accessible as trichview.com, trichview.de, trichview.es, trichview.ru, pt.trichview.com and other addresses.

1.7. “Reseller” – a partner of TRichView who processes sales orders when You purchase the Software.

2. Processing Orders

2.1. When You order the Software, you provide (may provide) the following personally identifiable information:

  • full name;
  • email address;
  • contact phone number;
  • address.

You provide this information by completing forms on a Reseller’s website. The Reseller shares this information with TRichView and processes this information according to its own privacy policy. The Reseller’s privacy policy will be shown to You before completing the order.

TRichView uses this information to create Your personal registration key for the Software, to send this key and related registration information to You. TRichView stores this information to identify You for providing technical support and updates of the Software. TRichView stores this information while it continues developing, maintaining and supporting the Software.

2.2. TRichView may use information described in the paragraph 2.1 to inform you about updates of the Software. To do it, it may share the following Your personally identifiable information with Unisender/Selzy service:

  • full name
  • email address

Unisender/Selzy service processes Your personally identifiable information according to the privacy policy represented on the webpage https://selzy.com/en/privacy-notice/

If You order the Software, TRichView subscribes You to the mailing list about TRichView updates automatically, unless an explicit confirmation is required by the laws of Your country. You can always unsubscribe by writing an email to TRichView (using the address specified on the Contacts page of the Website) or by clicking an “Unsubscribe” link in the body of email messages.

3. Visiting the Website

3.1. While You browse the Website, the following information about You and Your device is collected by our server:

  • OS type and version;
  • web browser type and version;
  • device type and screen resolution;
  • referring website (if You followed a link to the Website);
  • OS and web browser language;
  • IP address;
  • pages of the Website you visited.

TRichView uses this information to understand how visitors use the Website and how it can tune the Website, its contents and functionality to meet Your needs and needs of other Website visitors. Logs are deleted monthly.

3.2. When you write an email message to TRichView (using either email clients or the Contacts page of the Website), TRichView collects the following personally identifiable information:

  • email address

In the body of the email message, You may also share additional personally identifiable information. TRichView uses this information to provide technical support to You. TRichView stores this information while it continues developing, maintaining and supporting the Software.

3.3. When you register on the technical support forum on the Website, TRichView collects the following personally identifiable information:

  • email address

While using the forum, You may also share additional personally identifiable information by filling Your profile and writing messages. TRichView uses this information to provide technical support to You. TRichView stores this information while it continues developing, maintaining and supporting the Software. This information (except for Your email address) is visible to other forum members. You have access to this information and can modify and delete it.

3.4. The Website uses Cookies to store Your forum sessions.

3.5. The Website may use Google Analytics features to understand how visitors use the Website and how TRichView can tune the Website, its contents and functionality to meet Your needs and needs of other Website visitors.

The Website takes the following measures to protect your privacy:

  • IP Anonymization is used (incomplete IP addresses are passed to Google services)
  • Remarketing (data collection for Google’s Display and Search Remarketing) is turned off
  • Advertising Reporting Features is turned off
  • User and event data retention period is set to 26 months (after the last activity)

3.6. The Web site may use Cloudflare service for protection from network attacks and to increase performance. Cloudflare may collect information specified in 3.1 and use it according to its privacy policy represented on the web page https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/

3.7. When You register on the TRichView blog on the Website, TRichView collects the following personally identifiable information:

  • email address
  • name (if You provide it)
  • website URL (if You provide it)

Optionally, You can log in to the Blog using the Social Login. In this case, TRichView collects your public profile data only from your consent that You grant before initiating Social Login, from the social network used to login on the Blog. This data includes:

  • full name,
  • email address,
  • link to social media profile,
  • unique identifier,
  • link to social profile avatar.

This data is used to create Your user profile at the Website. You can revoke this consent at any time by sending us an email (or see 8.).

3.8. The TRichView blog email subscription collects the following personally identifiable information:

  • email address
  • name (if You provide it)

Emails are sent by our server, data is not shared with third-parties

4. Checking for Software Updates

4.1. The setup applications for the Software may check for new available version of the Software. They do it only if You check (or leave checked) the corresponding checkbox in the user interface. While checking, the setup application connects to the Website to retrieve the last available version of the Software. In this process, the following information is collected by our web server:

  • IP address

This information is processed like information described in the paragraph 3.1 of this Privacy Policy.

4.2. when installed in Delphi/Lazarus IDE, the Software itself may also check for new available versions of the Software. The first check is performed after an explicit user's command (a click on a button or a menu item). Later, the Software may check for new versions when Delphi/Lazarus starts, but only if the user allowed it by checking (or leaving checked) the corresponding checkbox in the update checker window.

The collected information and the way of its processing is the same as in 4.1.

5. RVMedia Components

5.1. RVMedia components may send and receive data via the network. They do not send and receive any data other than necessary to do their work as it is documented in the help file. They send data only to the addresses specified in their properties and documented in the help file.

5.2. All the demo projects work only while their windows are shown. None of them works in a hidden mode. Some demo projects consist of two applications sending data to each other. One of them connects to its counterpart using the address specified in its user interface; by default, this is a local IP address. The receiver application receives the following information:

  • IP address of the sender application

Since the both applications are run by You, You take responsibility for processing this information.

5.3. Several demo projects can display video from IP cameras available via the Internet. These IP cameras are controlled by their administrators, not related to TRichView. When You run a demo application and choose an IP camera from the list, the application connects to this IP camera, and the following Your personally identifiable information become available for the IP camera administrator:

  • IP address

TRichView takes no responsibility for processing this information by IP camera administrators.

6. Non-disclosure of Personal Information

TRichView does not disclose Your personal information to third-parties, except for the cases explained in the paragraphs 2.2, 3.5, 5.3.

TRichView reserves the right to disclose Your personally identifiable information as required by laws of Your country and Russian Federations.

7. Requesting and Correcting Your Personal Information

7.1. You have the right to request Your personally identifiable information stored by TRichView. To do it, send a request to TRichView by email to the address specified on the Contact page of the Website. The request must contain information necessary to identify your personally identifiable information (such as Your order number and date, Your full name and email address). TRichView will send your personal information to email address specified in your request as soon as possible, but not later than in one calendar month.

7.2. If you believe that TRichView holds any incomplete or inaccurate information about You, You have the right to ask TRichView to correct and/or complete it. To do it, send a request to TRichView by email to the address specified on the Contact page of the Website. The request must contain information necessary to identify your personally identifiable information (such as Your order number and date, Your full name and email address). TRichView will make changes as soon as possible, but not later than in one calendar month.

8. Withdrawing Your Consent

You can ask us to erase your information if you think TRichView no longer needs to use it. You can also ask TRichView to erase your personally identifiable information if you have withdrawn your consent to TRichView using Your personally identifiable information. To do it, send a request to TRichView by email to the address specified on the Contact page of the Website. The request must contain information necessary to identify your personally identifiable information (such as Your order number and date, Your full name and email address). TRichView will erase your personally identifiable information as soon as possible, but not later than in one calendar month.

9. Other Ways to Contact TRichView

Due to possible email service failures or antispam filters, there is a possibility that TRichView will not receive Your email, or You will not receive TRichView answer to your email. If You did not receive a reply to Your email sent in accordance to the sections 7 and 8 of this Privacy Policy after three business days, send a postal mail to the address specified in the contact page of the Website. If TRichView does not receive your email, the one month deadline for response is calculated from the date of receiving your postal mail.
